The PS-500 screw conveyor is used to smoothly feed the raw material to the pellet machine. PS-500 is equipped with a 0.5 m3 tank with a mixer to prevent sawdust from sticking together. Additionally, strong neodymium magnets are attached to the outlet, which increase the life of the pellet machine matrix by capturing all metal elements (screws, nails). The amount of raw material fed to the granulator head can be adjusted using an inverter that controls the speed.
For unsifted raw materials, we also have a screw conveyor with a built-in vibrating screen PSW-500. The vibrating sieve prevents larger pieces of wood, bark and other foreign objects from entering. The mesh size of the sieve is 10×10 mm.

Der Schneckenförderer PS-500 dient zur reibungslosen Zuführung des Rohmaterials zur Pelletmaschine. Der PS-500 ist mit einem 0,5m3 Behälter mit Mischer ausgestattet, um ein Verstopfen des Sägemehls zu verhindern. Darüber hinaus sind am Rohraustritt Neodym-Magnete angebracht, die die Lebensdauer der Pelletpresse-Matrize erhöhen, indem sie etwaige Metallelemente (Schrauben, Nägel) einfangen. Sie müssen lediglich die Menge des Rohmaterials anpassen, die dem Kopf der Pelletpresse zugeführt wird. Dies kann über den Drehzahlregel-Inverter erfolgen.
Für ungesiebten Rohstoff haben wir auch einen Schneckenförderer mit eingebautem Vibro-Sieb, den PSW-500. Das Vibrationssieb verhindert das Eindringen größerer Holzstücke, Rinde oder anderer Fremdkörper. Die Maschenweite im Sieb beträgt 10×10 mm.
