When using the Holaras topping machines, the haulm is not pulled off, but cut of by fast rotating blades. This avoids damage because the blades do not touch the onions. The number of directed vibrations transmitted by specially designed vibrator-motors on the vibration-sieves is such that the onions move in a floating motion over the vibrationnsieves. The haulm (tops) is drawn through the openings into the sieves by a heavy airstream, downward, and then cut by the blades.
The vibrator-sieves are easy to change. The vibrator-sieves are available for almost all types and sizes of onions and shallots. Seed onions, picklers, medium and ware-onions, shallots, are topped without difficulty by the Holaras topper without being damaged. It is important to use a sieve which is suitable for each kind of onion. Regular supply is wanted. One can achieve this by using a hopper.

Bei der Holaras Zwiebelentköpfmachinen wird das laub nicht abgezogen, sondern einwandfrei abgeschitten von schnell rotierenden messern. Keine Beschädigung, dadurch das die messer die Zwiebeln nicht betätigen.
Durch spezielle Vibrations-Elektromotoren werden die Zwiebeln fast schwebend über die Vibrationssiebe geführt, dies gewährleistet die schonendste Behandlung. Das laub wird von einem Luftstrom heruntergezogen und durch die messer sauber abgeschnitten. Vibrationssiebe sind schell und bequem zu wechseln. Die auswechselbare Vibrationssieben sind auf wunsch lieferbar, je nach Zwiebelgroße, wie Pickel, Saat-, Plantz-, Mittel- oder Grobzwiebeln. Die Maschine ist auch fur Schalotten geeignet. Verwendung eines für jeder Große geeignetes Sieb ist notwendig.
Eine regelmäßige zufuhr is ebenfalls notwendig, dies ist zu erreichen durch ein Dosierbunker oder Vorsortierer.

Deze uienafstaartmachine met 2 mes is speciaal ontworpen voor het ontstaarten (afstaarten) van uien en bloembollen. Bij de mesuienafstaartmachines wordt het loof (de staarten) er niet afgetrokken, maar door snel draaiende messen afgesneden. Speciale trilmotoren brengen met een gericht aantal trillingen de trilzeven in beweging. De uien worden als het ware zwevend boven de (tril) zeven getransporteerd. Door het hoge toerental en de speciale vorm van de messen ontstaat een sterke luchtstroom. Daardoor worden de uienstaarten tussen de spijlen van de trilzeef gezogen en door scherpe messen net onder de zeef afgesneden.
De trilzeven zijn eenvoudig te verwisselen. De trilzeven zijn verkrijgbaar voor bijna alle soorten en maten uien en sjalotten. Van zaaiuien tot sjalotten worden zonder problemen door de Holaras afgestaart zonder dat ze de uien beschadigen.
Een regelmatige aanvoer is gewenst. Dit kan men bereiken door gebruik te maken van een doserbunker of voorsorteerder.

Эта машина для обрезки с 2 лезвиями специально разработана для удаления хвостиков на головках лука и цветочных луковицах. При использовании машин для обрезки луковой ботвы она не обрывается, а срезается быстро вращающимися ножами. Специальные вибрационные двигатели приводят виброрешетку в движение с определенным количеством колебаний. Лук деликатно транспортируется над (вибрирующей) решеткой. Высокая скорость вращения и особая форма лопастей создают сильный воздушный поток. В результате луковая ботва засасываются между прутьями вибрирующей решетки и отрезается острыми ножами прямо под ней.
Вибрационные решетки легко заменяются. Такие решетки доступны практически для всех типов и размеров репчатого лука и лука-шалота. От лука-севка до лука-шалота, сетки Holaras можно использовать для обрезки хвостиков (ботвы) без повреждения лука.
Требуется бесперебойная подача продукта. Этого можно достичь с помощью дозировочного бункера или предустановленного сортировщика.
